Fans will be able to purchase a new burger, a Skittles McFlurry and a throwback iced latte.

But with eight new items on the way, some have to go off sale, and one facing a problem has fans riled up.

A total of twelve items are coming off the menu, but the removal of the Biscoff McFlurry has left foodies unhappy.

Posting on X, formerly Twitter, one said: “Can you just keep the Lotus Biscoff Mcflurry permanently? That’s all I’m asking!”

Another added: “Please can these stay as a permanent McFlurry I love them so much!”

Others will undoubtedly be affected that the McFlurry is disappearing from the menu, and the item is quickly becoming a fan favorite.

One customer recently described the taste as an “absolute game changer”, while another said it was “superb”.

The other eleven items will be removed from the menu on May 28.

Galaxy Caramel Pie, Galaxy Chocolate McFlurry, Chicken Big Mac, Cheese and Herb Melts Sharebox will all be dropped.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy Caramel Pie and Quarter Pounder Deluxe will be discontinued.

Everything you need to know about McDonald’s

HERE is all the key information about McDonald’s you’ve always wanted to know…

The burger contains three beef patties, two slices of cheese, grilled onions, mustard and ketchup wrapped in a sesame glazed bun.

It will be available in McDonald’s restaurants for £5.89 as a single item and £7.69 as part of a medium meal with drink and side.

The other seven items being added to the menus include fan-favorite mozzarella bites.

Each bite comes with a gooey cheese center topped with a crunchy coating and served with a rich tomato sauce.

You’ll be able to snag them in restaurants for £2.39.

Selected chicken is also back on the menus, with fans able to grab a box of nine for £8.49.

The chain also adds a chicken sharebox to its offer, which comes with six selected pieces of chicken, 12 chicken nuggets and four dips.

Sweet tooths will be delighted with the new Skittle McFlurry, on menus for £2.19.

The pudding combines soft-serve milk ice cream with chewy Skittles fudge pieces and sweet pearls, topped with purple Skittles-flavored sauce.

The iconic Happy Meal is also set for a major shake-up – its biggest in more than a decade – as part of a trial in the UK.

Four new menu items are coming to the Happy Meal range.

The Sun’s chief reporter, James Flanders, was one of the first to put them to the test.

How to save money at McDonald’s

You might not think so, but you could end up paying more based solely on the McDonald’s restaurant you choose.

The Sun found that a Big Mac meal can be up to 30p cheaper at restaurants just two miles apart.

In the meantime, you can grab a Big Mac and fries for just £2.99 by completing the feedback survey found on any old McDonald’s receipt.

The payment receipt should come with a 12-digit code that you can enter on the Food for Thought website with your submitted survey.

You will then receive a five digit code which is your voucher for the £2.99 offer.

Be sure to check out all the different apps and platforms if you’re ordering McDonald’s to your home, too.

Our research has shown that some can charge up to £1.20 more than others.
